This 200 m² gîte, spread over two levels, accommodates up to 10 people in a spacious and welcoming setting. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a Senseo pod coffee machine, and a traditional filter coffee maker. There is also a large, inviting living room, a separate WC, and a spacious, multi-purpose entrance hall, ideal for gatherings. Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200 cm), a dormitory-style room with four single beds (90x200 cm) and a private bathroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), and another with two single beds (90x200 cm). Two shower rooms and two WCs complete the accommodation. A hairdryer and iron are provided.

For a truly comfortable stay, the bedding is high-quality, the beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided, and utilities are included. A nature retreat in Saint-Denis-sur-Coise, in the heart of the Loire Valley. From the expansive, enclosed, and wooded 1500 m² garden, admire the rolling landscapes of the Monts du Lyonnais. Under the original timber-framed canopy, enjoy a moment of well-being in the year-round 3-person spa with its outdoor lounge area, after a game of pétanque or ping-pong, or gather for an evening of dancing in the multi-purpose room at your disposal. A heated swimming pool measuring 3.4 x 2.10 m with a depth of 1.30 m and a 1.70 x 0.60 m bench seat, 40 cm long, is currently being installed.

Just 200 m away, the gîte's private pond promises excellent fishing for trout and small fish (with responsible fishing practices). Looking for something different?
