“Room was satisfactory, parking was good. Shower was not powerful but did leak onto the bathroom floor easily meaning it was very wet. Smart TV in the room but I was told by a member of staff these were unable to be connected to the internet so I was unable to use any of the smart features which was disappointing.”

“Had a great stay at the property, which is in a nice small village outside of Carcassonne. The breakfast was very nice, with various breads and jams fruits and such. The bathroom was quite large and the room had ample pace and such for clothes. There is a restaurant about 50m away that is very good. Probably the best part is that the proprietrix is wonderful.”

“Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming.
