“Great value for $”

“The hotel is dilapidated. We arrived in our non-smoker room just to find it reeks of cigarettes with full ashtray outside the door. This same ashtray was still full when we were leaving 3 days later. No one cleaned the room during our stay. The water was leaking in the bathroom, the vent in the bathroom produced loudest screaching ever. I had to speak to the hostess on reception via Google translator, as she didnt speak english at all...”

“Hôtel correct. La toilette a bouché 2 fois pour pas grand chose et l'eau de la piscine était relativement froide pour une piscine intérieure. Chambre petite. Pour notre séjour de 4 nuits, nous avions la vue sur un arbre. Je ne recommande pas.”

“We stayed here in 2023 and absolutely loved it. We know that it is a five-star hotel, but we paid a lot more this time...in low season, which was disappointing. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is the best you can find in any hotel. ”

“This is a very charming B&B with an equally charming host. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was superb. Common areas included a beautifully furnished sitting room and a billiard room. In the private yard is a sauna, hot tub, and small pool — all clean and in working order during our early June visit. Thank you, Andre!”

“Un vrai petit bijou à North Hatley! L’hôtel est charmant, super propre et vraiment chaleureux. On s’y sent bien dès notre arrivée. Les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, très accueillants et toujours prêts à s’adapter à nos besoins pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. On sent qu’ils se soucient vraiment de leurs invités. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter et j’y retournerais avec grand plaisir!”

“Très bien situé, à moins de 12 minutes de marche du Vieux-Sherbrooke. Les propriétaires et le personnel se distinguent par une grande discrétion, allant jusqu’à s’effacer pour laisser toute la place au séjour. Cette réserve pourra plaire à certains, mais elle nous a laissés avec le sentiment d’être un peu de trop. Superbe demeure de 1872, soigneusement rénovée. Chambre très confortable, malgré le léger bruit constant du calorifère.”
