“My room was not properly maintained”

“La chambre était minuscule, ils placent deux lits doubles dans une chambre qui est fait pour en contenir un seul. C'est à peine si on peut circuler entre les deux lits et ceux ci sont collé aux murs de chaque cotés. La literie est minimaliste et en mauvais état (brulure de cigarette même si c'est une chambre non fumeur). Il y avait du pop corn sous le lit et au coin du matelas. Plancher ne semble pas avoir été nettoyé. Il n'y avait pas de mini réfrigérateur ni aucune commodité que ce soit dans...

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

“Pool was not working all week. Major construction on 4th floor.”

“We had a poor experience at this location. One of the only reasons we booked here was for the pool and when we went to use it was closed due to what we were told was a broken filter. The room was nice but did not have some of the amenities we expected such as an extra blanket with the sleeper sofa, there were only sheets. There was no lotion which I had planned to use after a rushed packing situation and the towels had an off smell to them. Also the microwave was very load for some reason...

“We could not stay there as the place was dilapidated, and had scary characters hanging around. We are requesting a full refund but Expedia and the hotel are fighting it. ”

“Staff was unresponsive to complaint about large amount of hair in/on shower drain. Asked them to clean it and it wasn't done. Also the bathroom had a very strong odor that want addressed. Seemed like nice people just not focused on details.”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and I was thrilled to find an actual functioning bathtub. I stayed only one night; I wish it could have been longer.”
