170 Beach Club Villa - First Floor Condo

**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent Resort Fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities. This fee is based off of the base rental rate.**

170 Beach Club Villa is centrally located with excellent views of the canal from the screened porch. Brightly decorated with a coastal theme, upon arrival you'll immediately feel relaxed and ready for your vacation. The fishing and crabbing dock is yours to use during your visit.

This villa is located across the street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Beach Club Complex. The tennis courts are adjacent to the condo. If you're a tennis player, it is perfect for you.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.
Weeklong Stays only - Saturday to Saturday - During Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Calendar will show the beginning Saturday that the property is available during that time.

Easy and great location
This was our first trip to Fripp and the host made it easy to enjoy. Room was well equipped. We needed extra towels and wash clothes and we had them in no time once we made the request. Great week!

Great Villa
Great Villa, good location, easy to get around in a golf cart. Great views. I do wish that instructions came with the tv remotes, each tv had two controls that were confusing. Especially, for someone who is electronically challenged. Except for that a great place.

Lovely condo facing the canals
Comfortable beds. Cute screened in patio that faces the canal waterway. We enjoyed the deer that walked around the island and hung out around our patio. Kitchen is a little cramped for more than one person cooking, but sufficient to make quick meals. Plenty of seating space for our group of 5. Parking is a NIGHTMARE because nobody parks the golf carts in the golf cart parking! Finding our condo and parking when arriving after dark was very frustrating! The island is very dark and not all condos are well marked. If I had it to do all over again, I would definitely try to arrive before dark to locate our condo with plenty of light. The beach is a short walk across the street. I'd recommend a beach wagon to cart beach chairs, shade tent, coolers, etc. The location is perfect if you plan to purchase an amenities card. We opted not to do that since we were really there just to enjoy the beach for a short weekend trip.

We were very amazed with the island being our first trip. This unit worked for the week and was nice. Parking lot gets a bit full with all the extra golf carts so be prepared. If your not a morning person the picklenball court games start around 8 am but they're not to bad. Cant wait for the next trip.

My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was clean, roomy and had everything we needed for cooking our meals. The location is also great. BJ and Merissa were great to deal with and made the experience so easy! Will definitely book with them again.
