Godetevi l'esperienza unica di Pelican Point. Albe e tramonti bellissime può essere goduto da 31B a causa della sua posizione. Harbor Island è una gated community con giardini ben tenuti e una tre miglia spiaggia di sabbia ferma. Questo Point Villa Pelican è perfetto per una fuga tranquilla o una riunione di famiglia. Le quattro camere da letto, tre bagni completo, casa può ospitare 10-11, in 1 Re, 2 regina, 4 gemelli e un ritiro divano letto singolo. Dispone di una cucina e lavanderia completamente arredata con lavatrice e asciugatrice. I servizi includono: Aria condizionata, Nuovo schermo piatto 42in TV via cavo, lettore blu ray, internet con connessione Wi-Fi, TV in 2 camere da letto, utensili da cucina, biancheria fornita, Grill a gas sotto la casa. C'è un parcheggio per 2 auto sotto casa e tre nel vialetto. (Biciclette sono in affitto presso il Beach Club). Diversi passerelle attraversano le dune di sabbia (da 4 minuti a piedi) e portare ad una spiaggia poco affollata, perfetto per rilassarsi. Harbor Island si trova accanto a Hunting Island, con il suo State Park e il faro, e meno di 20 minuti di auto storiche di Beaufort e Parris Island. Charleston e Savannah (circa 1 1/2 ore di distanza) sono abbastanza vicini per gite di un giorno. Beaufort è una città pre-guerra civile, con negozi e boutique di antiquariato. Attività sull'isola includono - oceano e piscina, passeggiate sulla spiaggia, osservazione della fauna selvatica, mountain bike, tennis, pesca e granchi anche mettendo & chipping e un campo da pallavolo. Nelle vicinanze attività comprendono: la pesca Pier, kayak, shopping a Frogmore e Beaufort, carrozza trainata da cavalli, auto e escursioni a piedi di Beaufort. Tour del bacino ACE e per vie d'acqua possono essere organizzati in Beaufort. Golf a Parris Island, Fripp Island e altri 2 nei pressi di Beaufort. Pesce fresco (Gay Fish Co.) è proprio di fronte al porto ponte del fiume. Assicuratevi di provare un hamburger Gamberi in Shrimp Shack proprio di fronte al Gay Fish Co. La Johnson Creek Tavern, un buon ristorante di famiglia, si trova a 5 minuti a sinistra appena fuori dal cancello Harbor Island.

Great location

Great location, owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Had everything our group needed and the beach was beautiful and super close. We definitely hope to stay again.

Family vacation

The location and privacy of this home is the key and Julie, the host, was very helpful. We had small children and she was helpful in finding things in the area for us to do on a rainy day. We went on July 4th week and the beach and surrounding area was not crowded. If you have not visited this island or Pelican Point, you will not be disappointed!

We had a great time relaxing down in the lowcountry. Enjoy the sea breeze early in the morning. If you look close you may even see an alligator.

Harbor island Pelican point

Lovely views, breezy , turtle nests and hatchlings . Close to Hunting Island State Patk. Activities include fishing, crabbing , restaurants close. Condo was comfortable and area quiet. Beach was close and really great for kids. Pool was awesome and we spent a lot of time there and everyone was very friendly.

Wonderful week

Enjoyed very much the location of the property. The special short boardwalk to the ocean was fun. The spacious beach was our best memory for walking , jogging and no crowds ! The near by parks were also beautiful. Wish we would have had more time to visit Beaufort ! The town park was beautiful. Be sure to take the boat charter. The history of the area was great. Julie was a great help!

Wonderful Low Country value

This duplex was a great value for our three generation family vacation. The location and community amenities were better than expected and our youngsters loved the community pool. The four bed three bath home was well suited for our family. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture provided a relaxing vacation stay. Communication with the owner/manager was speedy and helpful. Definitely recommend this property.

Sweet family times

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we booked, the communication with the owner was outstanding. Given the Covid situation and a potential hurricane.... it was not easy to stay on top of things but Julie was the best! From weather reports to updates to just checking in our needs she was there. The accommodations are comfy! Loved the extra shelves in the kitchen to store supplies. One of our favorite spots was the front porch swing. The breezes there were just lovely. The outdoor shower was a huge benefit too!

a week at the beach

Our Pelican Point retreat was clean, sunny and welcoming with pretty bedrooms, all the appliances we needed, a well appointed kitchen and an unobstructed view of the ocean, dunes and marsh. We were a party of five seeking a nice spot to enjoy each other's company, walk on the beach, enjoy the birds and relax - 31B was just right. Many thanks!

Great Multi-family House

We spent a week with 2 families in Pelican Point 31 B. We had a great time and plenty of space. The condo is equipped with everything we needed, including well stocked kitchen supplies. We had access to sand toys, floats and chairs as well as a wagon to take it to the beach. We all enjoyed the screened in porch and the swing on the front porch. Four nice sized bedrooms allowed for everyone to have their own space as well as plenty of communal space to all be together for meals and games. We had fun at the pool and community center and took advantage of the Turtle Talk and Reptile Chat offered. We were able to walk on the beach with the "turtle people" checking nests each morning. Everyone was very friendly. We needed to contact the owners several times both before and during our stay. Their response was quick and always helpful. Julie even made suggestions for places they like to eat. We are already planning our next trip and hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful relaxing location

The owners are wonderful to work with and the home is spacious and perfect for a family get away!! The kitchen is fully equipped and there are so many extras for the beach. We are a family of 5 with 3 small children and my sister and her family of 4 joined us with plenty of room for everyone. The beach is not crowded and so serene and relaxing!! We enjoyed fishing and crabbing while we were there and ventured 4 miles up the road to Huntington island state park!!! We definitely recommend checking it out!!

I’ve stayed in several homes before, but this one was the best! Clean, spacious, and great location! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a great family vacation. The owners were perfect! They ensured our stay was easy and worry free! If you want a relaxing vacation, this is your house!

Wonderful and Relaxing Vacation

My family of three generations had a wonderful stay. We arrived on Easter and had a goody bag waiting for us which was very thoughtful. The owners are great to work with and even called after we arrived to make sure we were settled in. The home had everything we needed and was very clean. The boardwalk in front of the house had been repaired which made for an easy walk to the beach (about 200 yards). The ocean in this area tends to be pretty calm and the waves are small, so you won’t hear ocean waves crashing. At least we didn’t while we were there. The views are great from both sides of the house. We were able to take some wonderful family photos and some great pictures of wildlife (lots of different kinds of birds). There is no TV in the master bedroom and the TV’s in the other rooms could be updated, but everything else was great. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this would be a great place to stay. If your family likes crowds and lots of activities and places to go, this may not be the place for you. The Harbor Island / Hunting Island area is a hidden gem...a place to get away from it all. Thank you again to the owners for sharing your home with us.

Great House! Would stay there again!

Just got home from Harbor Island, 31B Pelican Point! We all loved the house....everyone from our 5 month old granddaughter to the older grands, son, daughter and in-laws to the slightly older grandparents!! The house had almost everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach! The bedrooms were spacious, and had plenty of closet space......the kitchen was very well stocked with glasses, dishes and pots and pans.......The views from the back of the house are spectacular! Beautiful sunrises reflecting on the ocean! Our beach access was damaged from the hurricane, so we had a bit of a walk (not too bad) to get to the beach, but hey......I contribute part of that to LOSING weight on vacation! LOL! My only complaint was the mosquitoes........they were terrible.....so bring plenty of insect repellent! Patricia was wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this house, and would definitely stay here again!

Dated...but rental price is hard to beat.

Pelican Point nice location to both the beach and the pool area. Our needs were adequately met. Nice stocked kitchen with big pots and pans. Cooked our own food only ate out one night at the "Dockside" Restaurant in Beaufort. Our 4 grand-kids (2 sets of twins) the girls age 7 and the boys age 3 loved the communal pool. The boys had great fun in the pool just their size only 1 1/2' deep!

Wonderful family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at pelican point. The beach wasn't crowded at all and just a short walk from the house. The house was very spacious and accommodating. The pool is very nice and also has a playground right next to it. Overall we had a great time!

This was a great property! There are beautiful views from every window and porch!

The location of this home was perfect. It was a short walk down the boardwalk to an uncrowded beach. All the rooms were large and comfy with more than enough room for the 10 people in our group. The views are amazing no matter where you look. There is a perfect sunrise view and a great sunset view as well. You have an ocean view on one side and a marsh view on the other. We loved it! The owners were great to work with and super nice! We were thankful for the available beach chairs at the property. There is even a backyard where the kids could play! Plus the laid back atmosphere of the island allowed for them to ride their bikes around as well. The kids also enjoyed the beach and racket club where they were able to play basketball and tennis. The pool was nice as well, though a little chilly in April. We really enjoyed our trip and hope to visit this property again!!

Wonderful Trip

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Point on Harbor Island! The owner was attentive to our every need, and went above and beyond to ensure that our time spent in this vacation property was truly expceptional! Though the house itself had a few "wear and tear" issues, it was still perfect for what we were looking for in a vacation property! So, if you are looking for a comfortable home with exceptional service this is the place to stay.

Nice getaway

While the property nicely accommodated our group of 10 and was reasonably priced, it was really dated. I liked the look and feel of the complex, and would have expected to see some renovations on the inside. The island and the surrounding area are beautiful. Lots of wild life and open spaces - loved how peaceful and remote it felt to vacation in Harbor Isalnd. The beach itself was ... interesting. It was a long walk to the beach and due to extreme difference between the low and high tide, we were only able to enjoy the ocean for a few hours a day during the high tide. The owners, are some of the nicest people. Wish them all the best and would recommend their place to folks who wish to vacation on the budget.
