“Veronica was at the front desk when we checked in. She is exactly the type of person you want to greet customers! She was genuine, had a great smile, and was warm and caring. Another employee was Lacy (I think that was her name). She was an older woman who was working the breakfast. She was so helpful, and always smiling. We might not stay at this hotel again since this was off our beaten path, but since we take a lot of road trips and I definitely book according to reviews. Major points for me...

The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and quick to get us checked in (we were exhausted). Very clean, other guests were hanging out in the lobby and it was a very nice atmosphere. Definitely felt safe.”

“This place was one of the worst I have ever stayed at. We ask for a refund because we did not feel safe staying there. The hotel is old and it is not in a good part of town. I would not recommend staying there.”
