La Grange du Lac can accommodate up to 8 people. The spacious and elegant interior spaces are complemented by attention to detail, creating a warm and welcoming ambience.



Just 2.5 km from Saint-Jorioz Beach, you can easily reach the sparkling waters of the lake in just a 29-minute scenic walk. The house is on 3 levels. Only levels 2 and 3 are for rent. Private entrance and parking.



Parties, late nights and bachelor party ARE NOT ALLOWED



Check in 16.00h – 20.00h / 4 pm – 8 pm

Check out 10.00h / 10 am



There are only 3 free parking spaces. Please arrange to park only 3 cars.



After 10 pm music and noise must be greatly reduced.



A deposit of €1,000 will be required upon entry to the house by bank transfer (no cashing). If you do not respect the rules of the house, we reserve the right to use it.



The maximum capacity authorized throughout the stay is 8 people.



A Minut anti-noise sensor is installed to ensure respect for the neighborhood.
