Ground floor:

The entrance hall leads to a beautiful shower room, a separate toilet, 3 large bedrooms and 1 master suite, all equipped with air conditioning and fan coil units, a large cupboard and garden access.

The living area facing the terrace and pool offers an incredible indoor-outdoor living experience. The sea view is omnipresent! The contemporary kitchen, the centrepiece of the villa, combines aesthetics and functionality. Its marble-effect central island is the perfect place to prepare a gourmet meal or share an aperitif. The spacious living room, with its beautiful exposed beams, is perfect for young and old alike to enjoy a good film or a great board game.

Then push open the bay windows and discover the pretty exteriors, where the omnipresent wood blends harmoniously with the surrounding nature:
- A shaded terrace, perfect for basking in the tropical sun.
- An 8x4m natural slate swimming pool, whose gentle cascading sound is an invitation to escape. Secured by an alarm, it is also heated during the austral winter from May to October.

The villa is just a 9-minute drive from St-Leu beach and its many bars and restaurants. Paragliding and the turtle observatory at Kélonia are also just a few minutes away.
Halfway between the western beaches and the beautiful Etang-Salé beach in the south-west, it is also the ideal starting point for a host of tourist attractions. Close to all amenities, it is less than 5 minutes from the E.Leclerc du Portail shopping centre.
