“Posizione perfetta per visitare la città, sito nella zona più bella di Edimburgo, old town. Vicino alla fermata dell’air link per aereoporto. Camere pulite e silenziose, letto comodissimo. Disponibili ciabatte, phon e prodotti da bagno. Ristorante esclusivo con vista pazzesca sulla cittá. Personale gentile e disponibile. Top la colazione dolce e salata che consiglio vivamente. 10 e lode. ”

“Everything perfect, clean, in the Centre of Edinburgh; the only suggestion is about the water in the bath sink, it doesn't flow as it should and also the water from the shower should be fixed, it's very slow and twice stopped completely, you have to close it 2 minutes and then it starts again, slowly anyway. Just this, the rest was perfect. ”

“The location was fantastic, in New Town, but very close to the Royal Mile. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The view to the Firth of Fourth was stunning. Highly recommended!”

L'appartamento era molto spazioso e abbastanza ben fornito (stoviglie e pentolame sufficiente), all'arrivo era anche abbastanza pulito. Il nostro appartamento affacciava su un vicoletto molto poco frequentato, ma se passa qualcuno che fa rumore o parla a voce alta in camera si sente tutto (una notte abbiamo dovuto sopportare qualche schiamazzo). “Abbastanza pulito, sicuramente carino nel design, ma tutto molto buio e sopratutto servizi completamente assenti (auto check in e check out e risposte molto lente ai messaggi)”

“Overall the property was good but some things to note. 1. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down. 3. “Beautiful and cosy place just few steps away from the center. The atmosphere is exactly what you are expecting from a Scottish Hotel. Unfortunately for 2nights we had some problems with the heating and the noise the radiator was making. After the first night, when I showed the reception our concern, they told us that someone would have fixed it. None did. After the second night, at the check out I expressed again our concern and disappointment. The person at the desk checked what was not done....

“We were a bit disappointed in the size and cleanliness of the room. It was so small we didnt have room to open our luggage. Had to place them on the bed. There was tons of dust on the light fixtures and baseboards. Being a clean freak I was put off by that. Staff were okay but not as friendly as other hotels we stayed at.”
