“For 1551.00 a week total in , was the the greatest place , no windows to look out of , no pool , no balcony , kitchen light about the sink was a strobe light when using any water , bathroom or sink ??? Rooster and babies squawking 4 AM in the morning keeping you awake, was not happy for the money I spent, pictures show nice place , could of got better for that kind of money, sorry no referrals”

“Perfect location. Mike met us at the security gate and gave us a full tour of the property. The penthouse was perfect. Everything was clean, organized and ready for us to enjoy. Restaurants, grocery, beaches, etc... nearby within a few minutes walk. 3 pools (1 saltwater) and a private beach gave us a plenty of room to lounge. The property grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Wonderful place and experience. This was truly amazing. ”

“Great stay , great location , super responsive host , very clean. Would definitely stay again. The only thing that really should be noted is if you do not have a car you will be walking up a VERY steep hill to get to the location. Which is doable , but i feel should be noted because if you had any kind of even small disability or small kids this would be difficult. But doable for a healthy person.”

It was clean, the balcony large, the location by the airport and Maho Beach was perfect for us, and the nearby grocery store and restaurants was convenient. The view of the airport and beach was stunning. Our communication with the owner was well received-they responded promptly and courteously. I highly recommend this stay.”

“The host is easy to contact and prompt in addressing concerns / accomodating our requests. Great location; well-furnished studio. The terrace / balcony is a nice feature. The rooster’s calls throughout the day give the neighborhood (American University - Medical School) a resting / home bound / country side air. The near-by Carrefour store, French bakery and Fat Tony’s bar / restaurant add much value. ”
