“Our 3rd stay in Orient Bay and we loved Sea Side 9. We especially liked the location, the spacious second story main bedroom with exposed beam ceiling and the corner balcony. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking including spices and frig with filtered water - no bottled water is a big plus. Short walk to village and beach. We rented a car again - get a paper map as GPS is lacking. 30 minute drive to condo on Sunday but over 1 hour return to airport on Saturday with stop and go via Marigot...

“We had a fantastic week long stay. It was a quiet community of condos and any neighbors we saw were very friendly. As mentioned, the beach sand does have a lot of sea glass, which is in no fault of any owners...it is coming in from the ocean as far as we could tell. Most glass pieces had been worn down smooth, but there were newer sharp pieces as well, which is unfortunate. Keep that in mind if you have children coming on vacation with you. I actually loved walking the beach and sand areas...

“This place is at the end of the busy part of the Main Street in town. We knew it was next to a cafe but didn’t realize the cafe is also a bar, so there was music till midnight. Fortunately, the music wasn’t as loud as a lot of places and the windows were good at blocking most of the noise. The place was comfortable and the AC worked well. We had the perfect spot to watch the Carnival parade (every Tuesday night Feb- April). Great location for restaurants. No beach here - my husband walked about...
