“Holy cow. This place is stunning!! The hosts and owners were great, and so very accommodating during our stay. We love it so much that we plan to visit again with more family and rent the 2 bedroom villa next door. We were accommodated with early check in since our flight landed early, Mickey’s was there finishing tidying up which I was happy to see so I could thank and tip her in person. Stacey was so helpful and delivered groceries for us, which I thought I’d see her again to tip her more. But...

“It isn’t very often that the pictures of a place accurately match what it’s like, but everything you see from The Cliff is spot on! The entire facility is gorgeous, from the lobby, to the manicured grounds, the beautiful pool area and beach, and the spacious and comfortable condo. The nearby neighborhood, Jordan Village, offers many great spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it’s close enough to walk there. We have zero regrets for renting here! ”

“The view from the condo is extraordinary. Sat watching planes come in, cruise liners go out and plaenty of other boats, jet skis etc. The unit itself is great as is the owner. We had an issue with water being turned off for 2 of our days but Susan was able to remedy the situation quickly. She details everything from where to park, eat, shop and even a varietyt of beaches. We snorkled directly from the beach under the condo and the salt water pool was nice and almost always our own. I will stat...

“This is a beautiful property and in a great location. You can utilize the small private beach or take a walk to Mullet Bay beach. The area is walkable to restaurants and grocery markets. The condo is spacious and equipped with basic amenities. The community is quiet and has 24 hour security. The local buses stop right by the property. Great communication with the owner. I look forward to staying here again. ”

“Awesome spot right on the water in Grand Case! Large unit fully appointed with what you need. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella were included. Coffee, paper towels, water, a couple of beers, and a small bottle of rum were also included. I've stayed in Grand Case 8 times and this was my favorite spot so far. Only downside is that the back deck needs shade and there is none. Hopefully management will figure out a way to provide that. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in St. Marteen very much, there was an issue the 1st 2 days we was at the rental, the ac inthe living room was not cooling and it was very hot. I spoke to the owner, she promptly sent maintenence over (Chris is an absolute gem). Chris could not get the air fixed is the only reason it took 2 days to repair, this was out of there hands, however they tried.
