Ville in Saint Martin

“Everything was perfect! We had an amazing time :)”

“This was an excellent property and was exactly as advertised. Beautiful villa, very roomy and comfortable. We did not rent a car and used a taxi for the week. The expense was about the same and this way we didn’t have to drive. Communication with everyone was so easy and pleasant. We didn’t get to access the ocean because the sargassum was very heavy but they removed as much as they could every morning and there was never an unpleasant smell. By the end of the week, the winds had changed and...

“Spent 9 nights at Jardin Creole. Property was beautiful and exactly as described. The privacy of the separate bedrooms/baths was perfect for a family with three 18-20 year olds. David was extremely responsive and provided all the information we needed to ensure we had a great stay. Thanks again!”

“I know there is nothing the hosts can do about the excessive amount of seaweed in the water during our stay. They did reach out and warn us that tends to happen this time of year. I only wish they had told us about this prior to us booking. It really made it impossisble to use the beach and the odor was a bit rough. We enjoyed other beaches on the island though.Other than that...it was a beautiful home, well equipped and a lovely spot for our family.”

“We couldnt have asked for a more beautiful setting, and a home that accommodated all our needs and hopes for a wonderful vacation experience.”

“I can't say enough about our stay at the Villa Luminary. It is a beautiful property, well set up for a group of 10 or so. There is a property attendant on site (separate space - we never saw him unless we requested something) who is very responsive. The host was also available by text anytime there was a question. The location and amenities are great, e.g. short walk to the beach which we did almost daily with kids, but the service and attention are the hallmarks of this space. We would go back...

“Everything we were looking for”

“There aren’t enough ways to praise the hosts and the Carpe Diem property. Everything was immaculate; check-in was an in-person handover of keys, and any and all questions we had were answered. As we went through the week and had questions arise, our host answered them within minutes. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.”

“Everything was perfect. Host very responsive and kind. Would go back anytime”

“Place was absolutely amazing! Quiet, clean and was beyond expectations! Lovely location next to ocean where you can hear the waves crashing in. Would definitely rent again if opportunity presents itself in the future. 10/10 with accommodating hosts, thanks for the memorable experience of St Maarten for me and my family that we truly will never forget!”

“As advertised. Secure, spacious for three couples and nicely located at the Dutch / French border. Lots of great restaurant choices and quality beaches close by. The ocean view is spectacular!”

“This home is wonderfully maintained. We all enjoyed the pool and the remarkable view. The beach is a short walk away. My 18 year old grandson dove for 5 days, got an advanced certification and had a great adventure seeing sharks and rays up close. Our favorite French restaurant is La Cigale near the gas station. We appreciate Ed’s communication and his help with checking in and out. We especially appreciate not having a list of tasks to do at checkout! Great place!”

“The views are stunning and the accommodation great! There were 3 bedrooms each with king size beds. The kitchen was sufficient and the outdoor space lovely. It gated with secure access so the extra layer of security was wonderful.”

“Such an amazong home for our group of 10. Thanks for the wonderful stay!”

“Bob is the perfect host and we enjoyed his property. My girls enjoyed walking out on the back deck into the pool everyday. Lots going on in the Maho beach area which is a short walk away. We enjoyed beaches all over the island and Anguilla which was a short boat trip. Watch out for those planes landing overhead on your trip to/from and watching Bob perform on Friday night at The Hole in the Wall bar was a blast. Great location and he has everything there from beach towels to chairs to noodles....

“Michael's Villa was absolutely unreal. The views are incredible, the villa is beautiful, and everything was exactly as advertised. Michael was a great host and super easy to deal with from start to finish. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!”
