"The bath towels were stained and full of hairs. I took them to the manager, and he took me to a room with laundry carts and took two from the bins, giving them to me. They were wet and filthy! I said, "Forget it, I'll go buy clean ones." The room was old and dirty; the carpet was damp and smelled ..."
