The tv didn’t work for the entire stay, the ‘engineer’ checked 2 times and had to contact the IT people. The front desk had implied we didn’t know how to use the remote. “This resort was great for our group of 10 and had lots to keep everyone happy. The little kids (3 & 5) loved the pools, beach, kids activities, and the small playground.
