“Hotel was horrible. Carpet was wet, room felt and smelt damp. Our room had an armchair with a seat cushion that didn’t match the chair and the vinyl on the cushion was all ripped up. Big hole in the carpet. Bedding was stained. There was a mysterious sauce stain on the phone handle. The phone didn’t have a way to contact the front desk. Ceiling had holes both in the room and hallway. The outside siding was severely damaged”
