“Our room was small and close to a busy road so if you are a light sleeper it might not be for you. We had everything we needed and it was very clean!”

“Property is beautiful, the only thing was we weren’t given any information on the amenities on check-in and there was no book in the room. We had a hard time finding the pool, which we had to go through the bar and through the gym to get to. ”

“Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

“Good location, unfortunately we didn't enjoy the Golf green being there just 2 nights as business trip. The rooms were confortable and well dimensioned, the TV was not always working well, as well as the internet connection, not abailable in the room area where I was accomodated. The restaurant, as well as the breakfast, were really good.”

“This is a great hotel in the middle of Stratford. Easy to drive to . The car park was full so we waited and eventually parked. Check in again was easy. Our room was great well equipped with all the usual toiletries etc The bed was very comfy and had a good nights sleep. We went into the bar at night and they served some great local beers and as residents' we received 10% off. Breakfast again was good as it is served at the table. Well presented and well cooked. We would stay there again. Great...

“We stayed for a couple of nights, having breakfast & dinner twice. After a rather brusque check-in with a middle aged Asian gentleman (the owner?), we made our way to Room 10, a king sized room with an additional bed in a side room. As we had our Jack Russell with us, this may be a pet-friendly room. The bedroom was beautifully clean, and the beds comfortable. I think the bathroom had not long been fitted, and had a fabulous shower along with all the complimentary soaps/showergels/shampoos...

“The hotel is fine, the bed is comfortable, they have a nice outdoor area, breakfast and wifi connection are decent, iron and iron board are provided in the corridor for anyone to take to their room, I appreciated the coffee and the biscuits in the room, so all in all, for my travelling style, I would come back again Having said that I must point out the aspect needing improvement as I heard other customers being set off by those 1st and most annoying, the absence of anyone in the hotel....

“Very disappointed on first view as it didn't match up to the picture on the website. We were surprised to see major outside work which began at six am each morning.Our bedrooms were in a separate building adjacent to the hotel. The facilities in the bedroom were adequate for two people but there was insufficient tea/milk also only one hand towel and water glass.
