Hotel vicino a Saint Thomas Heart - Hermitage - Nashville

“Growing mold around the shower head. Front door banged up. Same with the fridge door. Requested 2 extra pillows because the pillows they gave us were completely flat. We were instructed to bring the pillows back at check out. Tried to check out at 9:30am and the front desk was closed. They have a roll up door and completely ”

“Stanze pulite, aree comuni sporche e poca manutenzione. Colazione (inclusa?!) inesistente, alle 7am finito tutto.”

“The rooms look nothing like the picture. It was far from clean and very outdated. We canceled our stay and made reservations elsewhere ”

“Whole place smelled like pot and cigarettes the tv did not work in room also the phone did not work missing cables was a hole in bathroom shower wall room felt dirty old French fry moldy on the floor looks like it has been there for months hot water takes 10 minutes to get hot highly not recommend this place I gotta see if I can get some type of refund from corporate not happy at all”

“Front door still have note making everyone wear mask inside the public area. Front desk staff was wearing gloves and mask while checking us in. Front lobby has overwhelming air freshener to hide the stinkyness of the facility. The room given to us was 311 and the front and back door had grease stain. Worst is, the toilet seat still had hair and the toilet bowl had poop stain. Gross!!!! We immediately left the room and told the staff the issue. I showed her the pictures and asked me to email it...

“Room was missing microwave and wasn't cleaned while we were there. They're also wasn't a hair dryer and the TV didn't work initially. ”

“Questo Hotel per essere un 2 stelle, era molto carino, c'era il frigorifero e il forno a microonde in camera, tutto molto pulito. ordinato e profumato. Ovviamente da un Hotel a 2 stelle non ci si deve aspettare chissà cosa, ma aveva tutto il necessario per stare bene. La colazione era buona, e la sala colazione molto pulita. La signora alla reception molto gentile”

“I DIDN'T GET TO STAY AT THIS PROPERTY BECAUSE THEYT HAD NO ROOMS LIKE YOU SAID THEY DID. I TRIED CONTACTING EXPEDIA FOR HOURS AND HAD ZERO LUCK. THE HOTEL MANAGER WAS EXCELLENT, HE CALLED ME WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF MY BOOKING TO TELL ME THEY HAD NOTHING DESPITE YOUR SELLING ME A ROOM.”

“La stanza era pulita e i letti confortevoli. Il Wi-Fi una bomba, velocissimo! Bisognerebbe però prestare attenzione al bagno in quanto la vasca presentava i segni del tempo, la porta sembrava di compensato e non si poteva chiudere completamente. La colazione non ne parliamo.. Appena il caffè, succo di frutta e qualche brioche. Inoltre la zona breakfast è troppo scomoda, appena due tavoli al centro della già piccolissima reception”
