“We found that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The pool lacked upkeep - the liner is bunched up and it felt slimy. I do not think we would stay at this location again”

“Matelas et oreillers de mauvaise qualité. Nous avons mal dormi. AC ancien et faisait beaucoup de bruit. Lumière de lecture au lit brûlée, poignée porte patio brisée. Déjeuner ok mais café très mauvais. Nous ne le recommanderont pas!”

“I had a reservation and couldn't get into the building. I tried three different doors. no one was around. I walked the hall looking for staff.... no one was there. The hall stank! I could see that this hotel was not maintained. A pool was advertised....not even open. No water, the liner is off and it is dirty. Trying to get my money back and no one will answer the phone. What a joke. NOT IMPRESSED”

“Very clean and spacious room, everything you need for a nice holiday. Surroundings are pleasant, relaxing and tranquil. Lovely balcony overlooking gardens and water fountain.”

“Overall this was a great location for a short stay in the Eastern Townships. Easily accessible from the main highway, close to stores and restaurants (wide variety, from fast food to higher end). Hotel had several hot tubs on the terrace and a lovely outdoor pool for got summer days. Highly recommend this hotel.”
