Villa KALYPSO: villa completamente rinnovata, con la sua piscina di fronte al mare.

È una delle prime case con piscina vicino al centro di Sainte-Maxime e alla spiaggia (5 minuti a piedi). La sua posizione è un grande vantaggio: rimanere a soli 20 metri dal mare! I panorami sono completamente liberi sul Golfo e sul villaggio di Saint-Tropez, il mare in linea d'orizzonte è onnipresente tutto il giorno ... e questo da molte stanze della villa, il giardino ... da 2 terrazze e un balcone .

Posizione molto desiderabile: avrai il vantaggio di non usare l'auto per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Sainte-Maxime. Il traffico nel sud è alto da maggio a ottobre e i parcheggi sono scarsi, ti sentirai più libero di uscire per fare una passeggiata o fare shopping, ma anche il privilegio di andare in spiaggia camminando. Il primo supermercato è a meno di 3 minuti a piedi dalla villa!

Raggiungi il centro e il suo quartiere vivace, tipico e pedonale in 5 minuti: ristoranti tradizionali, bar e caffè-terrazze, negozi di alimentari, negozi di alimentari, gelaterie, panetterie, vecchio mercato coperto o itinerante, giostra per bambini, attrazioni stagionali ...

Villa completamente ristrutturata e progettata da un architetto. È luminoso e spazioso, climatizzato in ogni camera, decorato con tutti i comfort moderni e può ospitare fino a 8 persone (+ 1 bambino). Le viste (mare, giardino o piscina) dall'interno della casa sono numerose. La biancheria da letto è nuova e di alta qualità.

Ognuna delle 4 camere da letto è dotata di bagno privato (cabina doccia, lavandino e asciugacapelli), armadio attrezzato, TV, aria condizionata reversibile e tapparelle elettriche.

Il soggiorno di 45 m2 (vista mare, piscina e giardino) comprende una cucina americana attrezzata: lavastoviglie, piano cottura a induzione, forno a microonde, macchina da caffè Nespresso, fabbricatore di ghiaccio, forno a pirolisi e 2 congelatori. Doppio servizio al tavolo (reception e tutti i giorni) + Food site.

Anche nel soggiorno: TV satellitare con canali stranieri. Console / DVD con libreria di giocattoli e videoteca, sistema HIFI, Bluetooth, Wifi, NETFLIX. Giochi da tavolo, fumetti e una chitarra disponibili. Calcio Balilla.

La sala da pranzo si apre su una terrazza di 36 m2 (vista mare e piscina), con tenda da sole elettrica e tavolo allungabile per 12 coperti. Un barbecue Plancha Krampouz è disponibile. Oltre a un parcheggio custodito per 3 veicoli = un posto in un garage chiuso + 2 posti auto. Sempre sul posto: una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice da 9 kg, tavolo e ferro da stiro. Una cassaforte. Se necessario attrezzatura per bambini: lettini per ombrelloni con materasso, bagnetto, seggiolone ...

La piscina (9,20 x 4,20 m) è illuminata e protetta da una tapparella. Offre una vista sul mare e sul villaggio di Saint-Tropez!

Opzione di pagamento: la piscina può essere riscaldata su richiesta, per una temperatura (dal 1 aprile al 30 ottobre) a 28 ° C. Non può essere riscaldato dal 1 ° novembre al 31 marzo. Dettagli: per i mesi di aprile, maggio e giugno; poi settembre e ottobre: è previsto un supplemento di 150 euro a settimana (pagamento in contanti all'arrivo) per coprire i consumi generati dalla pompa di calore. Like home

We had a great stay and still nice weather in Ste Maxime, combining visiting family and taking care of my elderly parents. We were very smoothly checked in and found a lovely bouquet of flowers awaiting us on the table, a cold carafe of water and a nice cool rosé in the fridge. The kitchen was fully equipped, spices and herbs included, which made cooking very easy. When outside you constantly hear the nearby traffic passing, but inside you don’t hear anything.

Owner accommodated our late arrival (flight cancellation). Arrival - private parking behind coded gate was very convenient. - key to get in front door was very difficult to use. Caused us to question if we were at correct address. The home is a duplex and address is not on door. 1st Impression - home was very modern and updated. Bathrooms and fixtures all new as were kitchen appliances. - The cleaning service was not very thorough with their work before we arrived. One bed was missing bed sheets ( later resolved). Floors were not swept and mopped. Couches were soiled with loose dirt. We mopped, swept and vacuumed furniture upon arrival. Yard - Amazing views of the bay. Home is across the road right along the water. Back gate gets you right there! - Outdoor furniture not high end but functional. - yard bushes needed trimming as it made the wall out the back gate difficult to navigate - did not use the pool. Needed vacuuming. - pool had very convenient retractable cover. Storage portion where the cover retracted needed cleaning. - Outdoor Lounge chairs also needed to be cleaned. Location - Best area to stay! Walking distance to town. Wali g distance to port for ferry service up and down coast. - Located before traffic volume area, made it very easy to get in out by car - Easy walk to convenience store for groceries.

Zentral gelegenes sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Schöne Villa, ruhige Zimmer mit jeweils grosser Dusche, gute Betten, eigener beheizter Pool, nur 6 Gehminuten vom Zentrum gelegen. Empfang unkompliziert durch die sehr nette Vanessa. Eine schöne Zeit in Saint Maxime

Wir haben in der Villa einen herrlichen Ausblick gehabt und den Pool und die Möglichkeiten zum Sonnenbad genossen. Die Ausstattung in der Villa ist sehr umfangreich und die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage der Villa, zum Zentrum und zum Hafen ( 300 - 400 Meter), machte den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr einfach für den Weg zur Bäckerei, wie auch zu den zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars. Wir haben nichts vermisst!

Relaxing stay in Sainte-Maxime

The location was perfect. It was less than a 5 min walk into town, where you could find plenty of shopping and restaurants. If you wanted to go to Saint Tropez, it was a short walk to the shuttle boat that ran frequently. We spent a lot of our time at the house as the view and lounging by the pool really couldn’t be beat. The property was at least as nice if not nicer than what is shown in the pictures. The only downside was some noise from the street but this couldn’t be avoided as the main road runs right by the water. Also most noise was drowned out by the sound of our kids jumping in the pool, so it really didn’t bother us at all! Overall, the property felt very private. We highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to go back if we get the opportunity. It will go down as one of our favorite family vacations.

Wonderful Villa

We had originally booked this property over two years previously and the owner had kindly deferred our reservation due to COVID. This is a lovely well presented property with a modern interior and a great view over the sea. Location is ideal being in a quiet area but only 10 minutes walk from a sandy beach and the pretty town which has plenty of restaurants, bars etc. We had two rental cars between us and there was private parking for both. There is a fairly busy road between the property and the sea but as the garden is raised above this it was not an issue for us. Overall we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Just as billed

We loved it. Pictures didnt show that there were now more lounge chairs by the pool, the new L shaped coach andgreat coffee table by the T V and tables outside and inside. Everything you will need, including an ice maker, beach towels, and even a gorgeous tablecloth. Tip: set a specific check in time we had a little confusuion when we arrived. It all worked out fine but would have liked it to be more concrete in advance. Tip2: ask where the dish towels are :-) the house is half of a building. We onlysaw the other renters two times in the week, only heading out in the car. 10 minute walk to centre of town. Was amazing.

Le soleil, la vue, l'emplacement

Tout est dit et effectivement, avec le soleil, nous avons bien profité de cet emplacement et de sa vue. La proximité du centre ville et l'espace à l'intérieur sont parfaits pour une famille. La piscine a été appréciée également.

Schöner Urlaub!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Es lief alles sehr unkompliziert und das Haus war auch sehr schön. Es war etwas kleiner als erwartet und zu Anfang nicht 100% sauber. Es war jetzt nicht extrem dreckig aber auch nicht 100% sauber. Großer Kritikpunkt das WLAN hat fast gar nicht funktioniert. Ich wollte zu dieser Zeit von dort arbeiten und das war leider überhaupt nicht möglich. Unten nur begrenzt WLAN und oben gar keins. Dafür gibt es leider ein paar Punkte Abzug. Ansonsten super lieb und ein sehr tolles Haus mit allem was benötigt wird. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen wenn das WLAN besser wird :)

Nice house very close to the center of Ste Maxime

The house is very well equiped and offers an awesome view of the sea. The road behind the pool/garden may be a little loud but it was not a big issue for us. One should bote that the address communicated is not the address by which one can access the house by car. This was a little confusing. Wifi signal was weak and the TV in the living room did not work. However the stay was great overall.

Beautiful property, everything needed for a fantastic holiday

Two families with eight kids, stayed for one week. Property is lovely views are to die for. Everything is at the property that you need. Pool and sun terrace fantastic, WiFi good, kitchen has everything you need to cook. Close to town for meals, but property is nice & quiet. Felt secure as well. Ideally located for St Tropez etc. Overall very impressed and wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely Villa Great Location

Villa Kalypso is a lovely sea fronted villa well situated for access to Saint Maxime. Saint Maxime is a lovely town with great restaurants and markets. The Villa was really well equipped so we mixed eating in and going out. Everything in the Villa is good quality and the pool was fantastic with the temperature being 35-40 degs all week. This brings me to my only negative which is that whilst the property has air conditioning it just wouldn't keep the bedrooms cool at night yet the living areas were really chilled. To be fair tho we did speak to Vanessa the very helpful manager and she gave us some options but unfortunately nothing worked that well so the rooms were around 26degs at night. It was an unusually hot week tho so we werent surprised it didnt work well. This would not stop us from staying here again as overall it was super.

A perfect home away from home

This is a beautiful home with a great pool and walking distance to a lovely town. Couldn’t recommend it more highly. They were easy to communicate with and everything was so comfortable. The heated pool is spectacular - watching the boats from your swim is such a treat!

Absolutely loved this beautiful home & location.

We stayed here with our family for 6 nights, 7 adults, & 2 babies. The owner was always prompt in responding to my questions and emails before our arrival and was very polite and accommodating. The home is beautiful with an absolutely stunning view of St. Tropez bay. The house was thoughtfully designed, decorated, and well equipped with all the necessaties for a comfortable, fun vacation.. The house is within a few blocks walking distance to St. Maxime with all the restaurants, shops, & ferry service to St. tropez , & other day trips. Check in and out was a breeze, and the management staff was courteous and reliable. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely return when we are in the area. Thank you to the owners for opening your beautiful home for our family to enjoy while on vacation. Merci Beaucoup!!!!

It’s all about the location & view!

This villa is modern, clean and perfect for 8 guests to live comfortably. The local Town of Sainte Maxime is beautiful and only a very short walk with many restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. We spent most days by the pool which was a great temperature and has views to die for, you never get bored to watching all the boats go across the bay. It’s a lovely villa in a great location and I’m sure we will be back again.

A wonderful week by the sea

We had a great stay in Villa Kalypso. It had everything - a fantastic pool, a well equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need, a big living room/dining area, four nice bed rooms and a fantastic view. Everything was fresh and weel maintained and the location is absolutely perfect. Our only small problem was that the master bedroom became quite warm. It is probably just that the AC needs to be adjusted - it worked worked perfectly in all other rooms.

Schöne Villa mit super Lage, leider nur 2 Toiletten am Gang und keine im Badezimmer. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern sind sehr schwach.....
