End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be validated with the agency according to our schedule, please consult us to find out the price.

For the period from October 31st to March 31st, water and electricity consumption is billed on an actual basis: €4/m3 and €0.1985/kWh after meter reading on arrival and departure.
