“The quality of services and facilities is dropped by far. Used to be the best in Bahrain, but is not longer the case. Beach not in order, and chaotic; swimming pool with water not clear, and chaotic too. The music in the pool is not good and very loud. Food is not as good as before. Probably they have been affected by the pandemic, with less or leas skilled personnel. However the prices are the same as before, high. Probably not longer justified. “Good hotel in Juffair, I stayed in a very large and clean room but with the only flaw being the window which did not close properly because it was broken. The staff and security were very kind. The hotel is generally a bit noisy until 2am, on the ground floor, middle floors (6/7/8) and on the twentieth floor there are restaurants, clubs, pubs, games room, so it is very convenient if you are looking for some nightlife.”
