“The quality of services and facilities is dropped by far. Used to be the best in Bahrain, but is not longer the case. Beach not in order, and chaotic; swimming pool with water not clear, and chaotic too. The music in the pool is not good and very loud. Food is not as good as before. Probably they have been affected by the pandemic, with less or leas skilled personnel. However the prices are the same as before, high. Probably not longer justified. “The resort is beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean. However, service is very slow, room service took forever and in room dining spilled the juice twice. We had to call several times for someone to bring us amenities and 3 times to request a buggy for checkout.”
