Hotel vicino a Sala concerti Texas Music Theater - San Marcos

“Nothing crazy, but the room had a really strong wet dog order. Only 1 elevator worked and it was iffy...it kept stopping and would quickly open the door and close. It smelt like fire or something burning. Wanted to get a second room but was told they were sold out - on the website it showed plenty available so not sure how that works. Washer was broke so we couldn't get an extra set of sheets. Again nothing major but Def effected the stay”

“I had a very unpleasant stay due to the following issues: 1. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. Every time it started running, it made loud noises until it stopped. After a few minutes, it would start again and repeat the same cycle. The constant loud noise woke me up repeatedly throughout the night, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. “So horrible. Lots of bad bugs. Pillowcases dirty and smelly. Room was filthy with so many different bugs. Nothing nice to say.”

“The room was very clean and they came every day to give new towels and empty the trash. The property is small but very quiet and close to everything.”

“When we arrived one good thing was the room was nice and cold. The downfalls were the cleanliness of the room the sheets were stained and there was hair on the bed, The remote did not work, but front desk did come and get us another one. Our only complaint would be the limit of towels. They only wanted to give us two towels at a time and we were a family of 4, staying three nights. It was like they didn’t want to give us any, not even for the pool. Which by the way had a few cockroaches in it. I...
