“Overall this hotel was lovely and a wonderful location.
Positives
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly garden suite which was ideal, the hotel food was fabulous and the spa was clean with a lovely pool, steam and sauna rooms.
We did have a leak in our bathroom coming from upstairs which wasn't fixed and also there was some noise coming from upstairs. Housekeeping only came once in three days and didn't fully clean, I did mention this on the last day but...

“Perfect location close to town centre. Property comfy & cosy, quirky & lots of character. Very comfy beds, lovely bathroom, second floor a lovely place for young people to have their own space. Interior mostly very clean - a few things missed. A few things also need updating or repairing. Stairs to first floor really are very steep & there was also a low ceiling so anyone who is tall needs to be careful!”
