“The location and property itself were great, but we had a few issues during our stay. The hot water heater was not working when we arrived, so we were unable to take showers for the first two days. To the owner's credit, it was eventually repaired.There was also a persistent musty odor throughout the unit. In addition, the listing advertised air conditioning, but the seasonal AC units had not yet been installed, making it difficult to cool the place down and sleep comfortably.As a final first...

“This beach house is absolutely perfect! So adorable and clean! It was right across from the beach with a quaint back yard and partial ocean views from the front. The rooms were so cute and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. This home was very reasonably priced and managed very well by Kristine. Kristine is very hospitable, very sweet and also responds quickly. Fantastic experience. We will definitely come back again. If you are looking for a beach house, stop looking...

“The property is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I stayed here with our three pups and it was perfect. There's a fenced in little area for the dogs with a doggy door inside and a ramp so they could go as they needed to without needing to hook them up to their leashes or carry them to the fenced in area which was a major plus early in the morning while the grass is dewy and at night to avoid the mosquitoes (because there are plenty of those.) “Super short stay but welcoming, clean and convenient for location”

“My stay here was perfect. The property was just as described in the listing and photo's. Keep in mind, it is an older home. Dorothy was excellent. I ended up with another guest and Dorothy had the pull-out couch totally prepared for my guest when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.”

“Great location for family gathering! Casino, shopping, restaurants, historic area, great fenced backyard and playhouse in addition to an amazing well appointed home that had plenty of room for our blended family. This is situated right off the green and very convenient! The down side to this is that from the front rooms at night you may hear traffic, so light sleepers should get the rooms (there are 8 with 1 very small tandem bedroom) farther back in the house. We will definitely go back!”

“It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive.”
