Private RV Camping spot with plenty of room to stretch. Intimate and private.

Private home camping location for RV or Pop up. There is room for an RV or pop up under 12' high covered carport next to our little cottage house. When renting, you would have access to the entire property but not the interior of the house. On site, we have the following available.
1. 30 AMP plug in
2. 110 line for other smaller electrical
3. Water is available from the back of the house currently, but a spigot is planned after December 2023.
4. Firepit in back of house
5. Picnic Table and outside Porch with Tiki Torches (overlooks small pond)
6. Small fishing pond for kids (brim, bass, catfish, and a few crappie)
7. Carport cover if needed from elements (height is 12 feet)
8. Large turn around drive way and boats are welcome.
9. Pets require approval.
10. Wireless internet is available but is very limited to email. Streaming is sometimes possible but not always. Internet availability in this area is very limited as is cell service.

When renting, we will make sure you are the only people at the property during your stay. No one will occupy house while you camp. Long term RV'ers are welcome with arrangements. Other Perks include: South Carolina Parks Pass during your stay.
