“We stayed as we were flying out very early back to Canada . It was pricey and paying for the shuttle seemed ludicrous. The staff at the hotel lounge we’re honestly terrible! The one gal avoided me as I was standing waiting to order drinks and it wasn’t even busy. Then our burger was raw so the main waiter took it back . The waitress brought two small plates after I told her we were sharing that we’re do small we had to eat small bits at a time and she didn’t even bring napkins :((

“This was a one night stopover between flights. We chose it based on other reviews and proximity to airport as well at the availability of a two room apartment. It was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Easy, direct link to taxis and walk to nearby cafes.”

“The property is conveniently located near many Brisbane suburbs. But if you have anything you want to do in the city center, it's best to take a commuter train in. As for the room itself, it was clean-ish, but the carpet was sticky. The bed was fine. There's a very basic suburban bar attached to the hotel with decent food. The staff of the hotel are all super friendly.”

“We only stayed overnight. Everything was clean and tidy. The coffee & tea facilities was a nice touch and the continental breakfast was an added bonus. It's very good value for money and so close to the train station which was perfect. I would definitely recommend it”

“Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next.”
