Pre-paid reservation. When we pulled up for check-in, the hotel was closed and clearly under construction. Upon checking into another hotel, we learned that water pipes had burst during the recent storm. Neither hotel itself or Hotels.com are helpful with the matter; both pointing at the other.

Spotless room. Absolutely beautiful and updated bathroom in room. No issues or dirtiness anywhere. Staff is amazing and very friendly. Best hotel stay in a long time
