“The hotel is going through some upgrades, but I don't believe they have completed the work. The rooms have been upgraded, however I am not terribly impressed. Good size rooms, but too stark and sterile. Scale of furniture is off for size of room. They could also use some area rugs to warm up the otherwise sterile feeling. Looks like it was designed on a dime. Staff was polite and helpful. I had prepaid my room but they charged me twice and held $700 on my debit card for over 5 days which...

“This property is currently under construction which is gone, but HOW ABOUT PUTTING THAT ON HOUR WEBSITE! Also, partial river view doesn’t have microwaves in there room it’s on the first floor, Smh”

“Room was clean. I booked a river side room and was put in a cityside, when I reminded them they changed it. View was breathe taking. 😀 Had to pay for parking which I had never had to do before 😞 should be included with your stay? Then I was under the understanding that buffet breakfast was included and was brought a bill for $42, for some scrambled eggs, bacon and yogurt for me and a yogurt, bacon a piece of sausage for my grandaughter? $42 ???? Location and view is not worth that, sorry.”

“Room was missing the clothes iron and the pot for the coffee maker. The full length mirror that was supposed to be mounted on the wall was not but the holes to hold up the mirror were there. The bathroom door handle made a nice hole in the wall the size of the door handle. Only two lights in the room worked. A lamp by the bed and the bathroom light. I brought these regards to the front desk soon after my arrival. I was told it is a result of remodeling. These are not acts of remodeling. I...
