The property was lovely but shouldn’t be advertised for 6 people because the couch bed was broken the whole time we were there. My son had to sleep on the floor the whole week.The on-site management wasn’t very helpful, when we notified them about the broken couch, they said maintenance wouldn’t be in for two days, after the weekend. The maintenance man tried to fix the couch but didn’t succeed as he wasn’t familiar with the faults in the couch that were causing the collapse. In the end we were told that they were sorry for the “inconvenience”. They offered no solution to the problem or any recompense.Really the place should be advertised for 3-4 people since there was only three bar stools and room for three people on the couch, if it were even functional.To say that we were frustrated would be an understatement, it was upsetting indeed since we had paid for a week in the apartment for 5 people!The place was dirty, needs better housekeeping. Bedrooms needed blackout curtains because of a bright outdoor light that shone through the blinds in both bedrooms.
