We have new friends now ! They offered us a tour of the farm with horse stable and 9 horses at the time , goats that they milked , chickens that they harvested eggs from , cats , dogs and puppies...

“The home and the gardens are truly lovely. The owner really made us feel welcome. They also had a bunch of sporting equipment (basketball, baseball gloves, etc.) that the kids adored playing with. The kids also loved to be able to hurl duck food at the ducks. The house is in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely go back.”

“Property was off the beaten path. The seclusion was quite nice. No cellular signal made things a little difficult. The only real complaint i have is there was animal hair everywhere. It was in the fridge, freezer and on all the beds. We had to wash all the linen befor we could comfortably sleep on them. Also the garbage was full before we were able to toss our trash forcing us not comply with their trash policy. Overall it was a good experience.”

“The stay was good overall. I feel like some key moments were left out. A smart tv to allow the guests to login to their own profile would have been for watching Netflix. We had to use a laptop. Prior to travel, we had speedy and clear communications with the owners/managers, with easy check-in followed by a warm welcome and offers for local info as needed. Home layout and furnishings made for a very comfortable stay, and there were ample conveniences nearby (gas stations, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, craft breweries, etc.).”

The upstairs bathroom is not built for tall people due to the age of the house.
