“The bed was not great and the bathroom was not up to the standards of this chain. The staff were exceptionally good, worthy of any high end establishment. Breakfast was cheap and not on par with the standards of this chain.”

“We stayed here one year ago and all was good but on this trip we were given a room with a foul odor that smelled like wet carpet. The towels and wash cloths still looked dirty and the TV didn’t work. Thankfully there was other rooms available and the staff was more than helpful to give us another room. The only other issue was that the breakfast was not good at all and food that should have been kept warm was cold. We probably will not be back to this location again.”

“This is a wonderful place. The set-up is unique with self-check in. Everything was clean and very comfortable, plus it's pet friendly. We loved having a little table and chairs outside our door. There is also a covered grilling area. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was very relaxing.”

“They are trying to renovate an old Victorian house, but really do not seem to have any experience with hotels or B&B's. The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. We waiting several minutes for the hot water in the shower and eventually took two back to back cold showers . There was no table or dresser to put our stuff on, so we had everything on the floor. “Amazing views, great breakfast, comfortable room and bed, with lots of space and room for family games or other activities. Really close to beautiful views at Jump off rock. Be sure to arrive to see the sunset at Jump off rock. AC rattled a little in the Royal Room.”
