“Room was clean and bed was comfortable, but pull out couch for kid was very hard. Bathroom very clean! We noticed the noise from the street and other rooms a bit. Main reason we stayed was the top golf suite, which we reserved for an hour. Staff took us there and set everything up, but then left. It would be better to have someone there as we had some technical issues. Overall, I would just go to a real top golf location the next time.”

“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”

“We had a very positive staycation at The Artisan. The front desk staff was wonderful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and a good size. The scavenger hunt was a fun touch for the kids, and there was plenty to keep them interested while exploring the hotel property and the surrounding shops. We also ordered in-room dining from Tuscan Kitchen, which arrived quickly and was quite tasty. Our only real area of feedback relates to the pool experience. We would have loved for the pool bar to open...
