Super friendly and helpful staff that offered us a free early check-in at 1pm. Great location in new town (although be prepared for a bit of a hike if you're walking from the railway station). “Lovely and cozy place, good for any type of visitor. Location is ok but not great; if you want to walk to old Ipoh distance is short but the walk is not pretty, for the first half.
