Hotel con servizio concierge a San Andrés

“El hotel parece que es relativamente nuevo. Las cosas por mejorar son: - Poner colgaderos para las toallas en los baños, literal no hay nada para extenderla para secar o mientras uno se ducha. - entra demasiada luz del corredor en la noche al cuarto. El desayuno estuvo variado los tres días que estuvimos. El servicio estuvo 8/10.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I had stayed at this location before and enjoyed it, but this experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The first issue happened at check-in when staff gave my fiancé a difficult time checking in. Things only got worse from there. On Friday night, there was no hot water. I attempted to address the issue with staff, but no one seemed to care or provide any meaningful assistance. Unfortunately, the hot water issue continued...
