It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed, and the option to add a single fold-out bed. It has a high-capacity air conditioner (24,000 BTU) with a ventilation duct that cools all areas of the apartment.

The living room features a 55-inch TV with Netflix access, a sofa, and a double fold-out bed that can be easily unfolded for sleeping and stowed away when not in use.

The kitchen is equipped with a three-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, a blender, a sandwich maker, an air fryer, dishes, and other basic cooking utensils.

The balcony features a living area, a dining area for four people, a beach umbrella, and direct access to the building’s pool, which is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:40 p.m.

The apartment has large windows that allow plenty of natural light to enter. Additionally, all windows are tinted and equipped with blinds and blackout curtains, ideal for those who prefer more privacy.
