“Breakfast was great! Pools were great! Travelled with 2 yo plenty of activities for him between play ground, trampoline and pools. Rooms spacious! We would definitely return. Resort was undergoing construction/maintenance but this did not bother us one bit. Not being able to bring food in didn’t bother us either.”

“Wi-Fi funzionava lentissimo, arrivati nell'hotel chiediamo se era possibile stare un giorno in più, la signorina ci dice di sì e ci chiede il pagamento immediato. Il giorno dopo un'altra signorina ci chiama in camera e ci dice che la collega si era sbagliata e che non avevano posto per noi e che dovevamo lasciare l'hotel senza nemmeno scusarsi.”

“After an almost 24hr journey (door-to-door), this hotel was such a soothing, serene and beautiful place to start out Guatemala trip. Both Nerys and Clare were friendly, helpful and informative about various activities, places to eat, etc. The breakfast was prepared fresh on site by lovely and generous staff - a little too large for us but very tasty. “The hotel is very quaint and centrally located. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The complementary breakfast was delicious. They do offer free parking but it's 3 blocks away. I just parked on the street but you do need to pay, munipay, via there website. M-F its $10 but F-S its $20. Overal it's a good hotel. Would recommend. ”

“Beautiful hotel. Very kind staff. We loved that we were about to get our laundry done at a small fee, that breakfast was included in our stay, and that they provided turn down service.
