“I stayed at four different hotels in Guatemala City and the Hyatt Centric was by far the best. The hotel is brand new. Rooms are decorated with a super modern design. The swimming pool in the rooftop was fantastic: I could swim seriously since, unlike in many other hotels, the pool was really long. Breakfast was excellent and the service was super good. I will definitely come back. ”

“Very good hotel, in a quiet area of Guatemala City. The hotel room was actually a 2-bedroom + living room apartment full of space and with large and very comfortable beds. Very nice staff and common shared areas (pool, garden, breakfast room, etc) very well maintained.”

“We did not realize that this property is like a boutique hotel attached to the Weston. Excellent choice and location. The Weston spa and facilities were available for a minimal daily rate if we wanted to use them, but we had no need. The restaurant, Gianni's was excellent and attached to the Weston, which was great as we got in late.”

“The staff, particularly our amazing doorman (my sincere apologies, but my middle-aged mind has forgotten his name,) were above and beyond! The room was spacious and the a/c and heater were both efficient. The bathroom was meticulously clean. The lack of a mini fridge in the room stocked with agua pura seems an oversight at this price point, but the delicious breakfasts, warm welcomes, and generous nature of everyone helped us forget this shortcoming. Will absolutely stay here again!”

“We loved our stay! The hotel was clean, the location felt safe and was close to the airport, our room was fantastic and the staff was so very helpful! They even gave us suggestions for how to remain safe at night and were helpful in calling us a taxi for the airport in the middle of the night. The food in the restaurant was delicious and had a wide selection of choices.”

El conductor del servicio de transporte al aeropuerto fue extremadamente amable y experto, ¡le daría 10/10 solo a él! Estructura bastante anticuada, que necesitaría una renovación completa, especialmente los baños! Pero es una estructura acogedora y hay un personal amable y profesional. El desayuno está bien.
