El conductor del servicio de transporte al aeropuerto fue extremadamente amable y experto, ¡le daría 10/10 solo a él! Estructura bastante anticuada, que necesitaría una renovación completa, especialmente los baños! Pero es una estructura acogedora y hay un personal amable y profesional. El desayuno está bien. “I stayed at four different hotels in Guatemala City and the Hyatt Centric was by far the best. The hotel is brand new. Rooms are decorated with a super modern design. The swimming pool in the rooftop was fantastic: I could swim seriously since, unlike in many other hotels, the pool was really long. Breakfast was excellent and the service was super good. I will definitely come back. ”

“I switched from another hotel that had a moldy smell and poor wifi, and I'm so glad I did. The welcome drinks were tasty, the bed was comfy, white sheets and clean towels, rooms are modern, hot water available for bathing and the wifi was good. "Location fantastica, sicura, nella zona moderna e viva, con tanti bei locali e ristoranti da raggiungere anche a piedi. Colazione buonissima! Tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Unica cosa: se la camera da’ verso la strada, si sentono i rumori dei club fino a mezzanotte, ma non è un grosso problema. Ci tornerò sicuramente. "
