“Clean room. Staff gave me a fan for night time noise filter, which I appreciated very much. Parking was limited due to construction, but thankfully that was the only construction related issue I had which was understandable. Breakfast was great. Staff courteous and friendly. ”

“We spent 2nights with family and overall experience was great. Room was clean and front desk people were nice. Great location for Seaworld and other restaurants and local shops nearby.”

“The property was very clean, and the staff were outstanding. Everyone was friendly and took care of all the needs in a timely and efficient manner. I would give it 5 star, if it wasn’t for the fact that my truck was broke in to along with several other trucks in the parking lot. The hotel does not have security guards or any kind of fenced area to keep delinquents away. ”

“The moment I stepped into this Hotel I was impressed by how light and clean the check in area was. The staff greeted me right away and was able to answer any of the questions I had about the shuttle service to the airport. Once I got to the room the digital key actually worked and once in, my mouth dropped at the cleanliness. Wonderful! ”

“The dinner at the restaurant took over an hour to get food, semi cold. Inside pool was flooded making walking through it to get to outside pool like ice skating. Elevator was so old and slow. But Hotel was sitting in a very relaxed setting ”
