“Loved the property. They were doing construction on the steam room and sauna during our stay which was a bummer and a bit loud, but without that bit it was great! Loved the two pools, great shade, lazy river and sandy beach. Ability to order food and drinks from all over was super convenient as well.”

“Room was dirty, bathroom was even worse, hallways smelled like wet dog, one elevator didn’t work & the one that did work was disgusting. Floors creaked in the room. Power went out in the middle of the night one day. Had to turn the lights in the kitchen on so that the rest of the lights in the room would work. Would NOT recommend.”

“Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a week. At first, there was a little mess up about one of our rooms (we booked 2 queen size but only got 1) but it wasn’t too big a deal since we were all family anyways. Plus the hotel provided us a small rollover bed.
What we really enjoyed was the super friendly staff. Everyone we met at front desk was nice and helpful. They would ask us how our day was daily, and gave us helpful tips on places to eat/see.
Also, there’s some board games you can...

“Nice, family friendly property. Clean rooms, super helpful staff. Breakfast included was a great perk for the family, and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Lots of pros.
Couple of cons: pay $5/night to park in their lot, and even though we booked & paid through Expedia, they put 3 different holds (totaling over $350) on my credit card.
Would likely stay again if in the area which is close to Sea World, 6 Flags, lots of shopping and restaurants.”
