Casa di charme in un quartiere tranquillo e affermato situato in posizione centrale. Ampia camera matrimoniale con letto king size e bagno recentemente rinnovato. Camera da letto 2 con letto king size e camera da letto 3 con letto matrimoniale e futon con un bagno jack-and-jill tra di loro. Camera da letto supplementare adatto per i bambini ha un letto a castello con rotelle e futon full size. Ampie zone giorno con 55 "Roku TV con canali locali e premium (canali HBO, Showtime, The Movie Channel, ecc.). Sistema di karaoke professionale installato per il tuo divertimento! Cucina completamente attrezzata con zona colazione e ampia zona pranzo comune con 12 posti a sedere. Un sacco di spazio per diffondere al chiuso e fuori. Casa a un piano, ma la famiglia / sala da pranzo è un gradino più in basso rispetto all'ala della cucina o della camera da letto. Grande piscina in enorme giardino paesaggistico sul retro, o giocare a ping pong sul tavolo full-size allestito nel garage.

Vasca idromassaggio nuovissima (TM) per 7-8 persone! Venite a rilassarvi la sera dopo una dura giornata di relax in piscina. Una delle vasche idromassaggio top di Jacuzzi con motori multipli e rinomate caratteristiche di sanificazione dell'acqua. Illuminazione a LED multicolore con cascata. Sollevamento del coperchio facile da aprire in modo che ci sia bisogno di poco più di un dito per aprirlo dopo lo sblocco.

John and Cecilia were wonderful. They accommodated my family on extremely short notice after we had to move from another VRBO. Home is beautiful and CLEAN! In a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we could ask for. Will definitely stay there again

Everything was great. We used the pool, the hot tub, the putt putt golf and the ping pong table. Great kitchen, bed rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space to does out. Great outdoor space!

We wanted a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of life and we got it. House is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sleeping in, catching up on movies and shows, board games and yard games, cooking and baking, and swimming at hot tubbing. No mosquitos! Beautiful weather all weekend. The house was well apportioned - lots of towels, lots of basics in the pantry and fridge, and a wonderful welcome basket full of snacks. 6 kids moved between the bunk bed room and queen bed room with futon. Mom, and mom and dad, claimed the king bed rooms for our retreat spaces. Homeowner came by to tend the pool (falling leaves) and we troubleshot the one minor issue we’d had with some plumbing. Kind people, nice house!

Location was just what we needed. Came for a quick family vacation and this home was perfect. We enjoyed being able to hang out in the backyard and swim every evening. Home literally had absolutely anything you could need. I was extremely thankful for the playpen & high chair. Check in process was easy and John was great to communicate with as well. Kids were so sad to leave. We would definitely book again!

Feels Like Home!

Great location! Very nice property with all the feelings of being at home! The back yard is almost a resort, very very nice! I've already told friends to stay at this property. And I will book again!

Comfortable house for our family with young children, and the pool was a big hit. They had tons of pool toys, games, etc so we didn’t always have to leave to have fun. Lots of nearby amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood felt very safe. There were a few things in need of maintenance that they were already aware of that were minor and not a big deal, and a few more bothersome things (lots of wasps/hornets in the back, a long metal valence fell off the sliding glass doors but didn’t hurt anyone, and the smoke alarm went off for no reason at 330 am). The owners were very apologetic about everything that was less than perfect. It’s an older house but well-stocked with towels, cooking basics, etc which we appreciated. They also left a nice welcoming basket. I was grateful the main doors to the poor were sturdy sliding glass doors so we didn’t have to worry about our toddler gaining access to the pool. All in all, we’d consider staying again if a few things were maintained better or the price was a bit lower.

Perfect Spot for Family & Memorial

We visited San Antonio for our father's memorial. We wished a place close to Fort Sam Houston Cemetery, downtown, and could fit three families. This spot was perfect! It reminded us all of our grandparents' place from way back when in San Antonio. The pool kept the kiddos busy. The bunkbeds and trundle kept the kiddos corralled for sleeping and it was just an all around great place to spend some family time together. It rained a bunch while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy all the amenities (fire pit, putting green) but it was still a great spot for us all to spend time together, especially to teach some youngsters the finer points of ping pong. The hosts were very responsive to our request for help with the wifi. All in all, a great place to stay. Thank you!!

Enjoyed our stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! There were plenty of comfortable beds, TVs, bathrooms and a BEAUTIFUL backyard. We had so much fun with the swimming pool and hot tub! The hosts were easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and about 15-20 mins from most attractions.

Family Wedding

Our family stayed at this location and it worked very nicely. Pool was great and the owners left a steamer at the home for us so we could steam the dresses for my daughter's wedding. Very thoughtful and helpful. Would stay here again!

Short Family Trip

This was a wonderful place to stay and you can tell that John and Cecilia really care about their guests. We enjoyed every bit of this trip and especially loved cooling off in the pool and playing in the putt putt golf area. We 100% recommend this property and will be planning a future visit here again.

UTSA graduation celebration

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect and John and Cecilia went above and beyond for us. They even surprised us with some graduation decor which was such a thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend staying here. Backyard is a beautiful oasis!

Great Stay

The property owners were wonderful. Family was visiting from Wisconsin to attend granddaughter's graduation from UIW. The Owner's decorated the dining room table with graduation congratulations and also had a gift basket waiting at check-in. The back yard was great and many of our group spent a lot of time there. A small glitch with the spa was solved in minutes. Will stay there again when visiting the San Antonio area.

Spring Break getaway for family with young kids

Our family of 4 from NJ visited San Antonio and stayed here for a quick 4-night stay. The house was perfect - plenty of backyard and activities for the kids (and adults). The house and yard were very clean and well-kept. The hosts John and Ceci were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Perfect for Our Golf Trip

We loved our stay at your property! The location was centrally located for all the golf courses we played at and for going out to dinner after. The home is very clean and comfortable. The backyard is immaculate and gorgeous! We really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and just relaxing in the peaceful and beautiful setting. The owners were excellent at communicating and quick to respond to any question we had. We would highly recommend this property for any stay you will be planning in San Antonio.

Spacious & Convenient

The house is clean and comfortably furnished. It’s very spacious and well set up, plus the hosts left an unexpected goodie basket and went above and beyond making sure anything we could need was there and easy to find. There was as an obvious attention to detail that exceeded expectations. This was a girls trip and we made several trips into downtown, which was only 15-20 minutes away, as the house was a fantastic home base. However, we enjoyed the house so much we did not want to go out a lot.
