This was an excellent rental. This is great spot with enough room for a family of four, but if you needed to, sleep six/three couples.The house was immaculately clean and well appointed. April loves pillows, and if you look hard enough you might find them all. The kitchen had everything you could need if you were opting to shop and eat in. No issues with bugs or any other pests; there were a curious amount of small snails you had to mind your step for. It is in a quiet neighborhood but is only 10-20 min from tons of things, including a massive mall and Six Flags. There was the biggest HEB I had ever been to just 10 min down the road in the Helotes area. There was a huge thunderstorm our first night there that knocked out the power for a little while and April checked in with us multiple times to make sure all was good. Highly recommend this house if you need a spot on your next San Antonio visit.

Comfortable & Thoughtful Touches

My family of 3 and my in-laws enjoyed our stay. We checked in late and the lights were left on for us with snacks and a handwritten welcome note waiting. The kitchen and home was beautifully decorated as seen in the pictures on this listing. The home was well stocked with things we might need like small appliances, wine opener, coffee pods, emergency kit, blow dryer, small sewing kit, extra towels and blankets, some toiletries, and games. We spent plenty of time around the dinner table playing games each evening after we’d spent the day out. The property manager was responsive and personable too! Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!.

Wonderful!

April is the most gracious and pleasant host! She accommodated our early arrival and was so sweet to speak with. It was a perfect location as we were close to my sister in law. The home is so clean and cutely decorated. Highly recommend and will most definitely stay again when we visit San Antonio!

Weekend Getaway

My husband, son and I came to San Antonio from El Paso for a bowling tournament. The home was super convenient to the bowling center location. The hime was absolutely amazing and i would rent it again when returning to San Antonio. April is a fabulous host. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

My daughter, grand baby and I made a 4-night trip to San Antonio (we used to live there). It was a trip for memories and to see old friends. April was a fantastic host and stayed continuously in touch through VRBO. The house was perfect for us! It was SO CLEAN, COZY, TASTEFUL, and WELL-THOUGHT OUT! Very Beautiful And spacious.

What a nice VRBO! A nice welcome basket-(teen boys liked especially), a bag of ice in the freezer and trash cans in the bedrooms--small stuff added up to lots of pluses in our book! April was very attentive and accommodating to a need. Great location for Fiesta Texas and Sea World! I will keep this property in my favorites for this area. Respectfully, C

Great, quiet little neighborhood

Quiet little neighborhood but still close to HEB, and places to eat. This rental was spotless. April was very helpful with check-in process. It is very close to the Medical District in case you are needing that as well. She included snacks and coffee bar. We would stay again. My daughter loved the basketball room decor:-)

Perfect Christmas Holiday

We stayed a week at April’s property while visiting family for the holidays. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and conveniently located. The house was perfect and the care and thought April put in to making our stay memorable was evident throughout. Recently remodeled and decorated, it was bright and inviting. It had everything we needed with many extras that enhanced our stay. The open floor plan made baking Christmas cookies and watching Hallmark movies a fun family memory. She had even decorated for the holidays to include a Christmas tree! We travel with our pets and this property is extremely pet friendly. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in San Antonio.
