Affascinante casa lontano da casa, animali domestici e disabili

Situato in un quartiere tranquillo circondato da grandi alberi di noci pecan e querce rosse, questa casa accogliente con due camere da letto ben tenuta può ospitare sei persone con una regina, un letto completo con rotelle e letto matrimoniale ad aria disponibile. La proprietà si trova su un terreno ad angolo con un cortile completamente recintato per animali domestici. Accessibile per disabili a tutti i livelli per l'ingresso in casa e sul ponte posteriore, con rampe nell'area lavanderia e rampa dal ponte al cortile.

L'area lavanderia / deposito recentemente rinnovata ha lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Nuovo divano componibile con poltrone reclinabili, poggiatesta e porte USB nel soggiorno. La casa dispone di aria condizionata / riscaldamento centralizzato, ventilatori a soffitto situati in entrambe le camere da letto, soggiorno e terrazza. TV a schermo piatto in soggiorno e camera matrimoniale. Wi-Fi gratuito, TV via cavo, lettore DVD / videoregistratore con DVD e nastri e lettore CD.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, utensili ed elettrodomestici per preparare i pasti cucinati in casa con nuovi ripiani in granito e backsplash di piastrelle. Grande ponte coperto sul retro con grill a gas e molti posti a sedere per rilassarsi e godersi la vacanza e il tempo con la famiglia.

Pack n play e seggiolone disponibili per bambini piccoli e attrezzature mediche durevoli sono disponibili su richiesta. Per gli animali domestici, ci sono ciotole per cibo e acqua insieme a un lettino per cani di medie dimensioni e una coperta.

This is the first rental I've stayed at in a long time that actually felt like a home. A lot of places are stingy with utensils, towels, etc. these days, but this house was so well stocked. There were also books, games, and movies. I really appreciated having supplies provided to do laundry, as well. Everything was clean and comfortable. I ran into a few neighbors and they were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The process to check in was easy. The lockbox was a little hard to open. The neighbor actually helped us to open it.It’s in an older part of San Antonio but the neighborhood was quite. The owner responded quickly. The house has almost everything you can image. The house is a older house with some upgrades. The ceiling in the living room has evidence of a roof leak. One of the bedroom has a crack all the way across the ceiling. My problem was there was bugs floating in the toilet when we arrived. Live ones in the bathtub and under the bathroom vanity. I message the owner and she said they sprayed last week. They didnt know there was still live ones. I explained to her that the cleaning people need to clean the light cover in the kitchen and living room. They had dead bugs in them. I told her she needed to have it spray house again. When her husband came by to drop off something to us,he asked me if I wanted him to spray for the bugs. I said no, not while we are here. He explained to me that there was some bug spray in the utility room area if I wanted to spray. The next day there was some in the kitchen sink. Plus there was one climbing on the wall in the bedroom. Messaged her again the next day about the issue again. No response. I would no rent from them again. I own rental properties and none of mine have bugs. I also have older homes as well.

The house was awesome decor was Western with pictures of Roy Rogers and others. Had one issue and that was solved quickly. Location to shopping was great. We will RSVP again the next time we are in San Antonio. We were close to all family members on the area. The neighbors were polite and helpful when asked questions etc. 10 Stars overall for this place.

We enjoyed our stay! The attention to decorating details made this little 2 BR home very cozy! The back deck is beautiful. Due to construction there’s a lot of traffic in the neighborhood but not the owners fault! We recommend this home!

House was clean and well stocked. Backyard was secure for our small dog to be outside without concern. We certainly felt at home. Location worked well for us visiting downtown, as well as wine country.

Excellent stay

Simple check in. Great place for our family of 3 and our pup. Stayed in San Antonio for a week while visiting family and enjoying the city. No issues at all. Great property. Amazing back deck to sit and relax while the dog played in the fenced in yard. Perfect for our trip. Thank you!

Amazing property

My family and I needed a place to stay for Special Olympics of Texas and this cute, quiet, perfect location made us feel at home. We were right across the highway from where we needed to be, with many options within 10 minutes for food and shopping. The owner had everything set up for us and gave us amazing instructions on how to get there and what all they supplied for our stay. 2 bed (one with trundle), 1 bath, kitchen, living, dining, washer, dryer, back porch, BBQ pit, massive fridge/freezer, fenced in back yard for the kids to play. Pretty much all the things I would have at home to feel comfortable with. 2 car parking and the neighbor across the way was very nice to us. I will be reaching out next year if this location is available for Special Olympics of Texas 2025.

Weekend stay at Aunty’s house

This was a very cute, comfortable stay. It is an older home and there’s a lot of bars on neighboring homes but that just lent more to what felt like Aunty’s house, cozy and warm. Two neighbors took time to introduce themselves and it felt like a community watching out for the home and us. Thank you for hosting us. I would book again.

Wonderful

Me and my wife love rustic homes as soon as we walked in we felt like we were at home with everything the way it was the way it looked. We couldn’t be more happy with where we stayed it was comfortable felt like home and quiet what a great experience for our first time doing this. My wife couldn’t stop talking about this house on our way home thank you for everything and the wonderful experience in this home.

Welcoming New Bundle of Joy

Came to San Antonio to see our new grandson and this spot was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I think out of all VRBOs I've stayed in, this may be my favorite! Was great for my dogs that came and homebis very cozy. My only issue was not being able to change the channel on the TV in bedroom. I look forward to coming to San Antonio again and I hope this spot is available.
