  • Enjoy the location of our home- you truly cannot beat it! This is a newly renovated Bungalow with a beautiful, large master suite on the second floor and two private bedrooms upstairs, all with balcony access to the green backyard, a rare finding right outside the city! 1 min to Ft Sam Houston, less than 5 min from the historic Pearl. Less than 10 minutes to BAMC, Downtown, and the Quarry. Enjoy the natural light and comfy beds or the nice weather with a fresh cup of coffee.

    A split floor plan, 2 bedrooms upstairs and a master bedroom downstairs. All rooms have access to a patio. The downstairs floor includes a half bath off the kitchen in addition to the full bath in the master suite. Our home includes a water softener system, reverse osmosis water spout at the main sink and a top of the line washer/dryer.
    Don't settle for a home with the hard, mineral filled San Antonio water!

Fantastic Home!

We absolutely loved our stay. Though the neighborhood wasn’t as ideal, it WAS super close to everything. We had no issues and never felt unsafe or anything. We would 100% stay again!

Our family came to visit the rodeo. The house was lovely, great location close to everything, and great owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Short Enjoyable Stay

Neighborhood is in transition but felt safe overall for family of 4. Check in was easy. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Good size mattresses. Master bedroom has a memory foam adjustable mattress that is so comfortable. Deep bathtub to bathe toddlers. Had an issue with the AC and the owners were apologetic and gave a partial refund. No ceiling fans upstairs but large oscillating floor fans allowed for cool air. Overall a great experience and very close to all the attractions. Would recommend to family and friends as a place to stay in SA.

Perfect location!

One of the best host we have had, she went out of her way to make my daughters 19th birthday memorable! The house was super clean, great location (7 minutes from downtown & the Riverwalk) We will be staying here again for sure!

Perfect

Perfect house had everything we needed. Spent part of the days out and about. Location was perfect for getting to everything. Then spent the rest of the day relaxing on the couch with the big screen TV watching football and playing games.

Excellent stay

Comfy and great place to stay. Home was roomy and clean. Owner answered all questions/ concerns quickly and resolved them immediately. Great location, downtown and other attractions were very close to the area. Overall it was an awesome experience. My 2 year old loved the home, especially the stairs and outdoors. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay in the home anytime we decide to return to San Antonio.

Very nice house close to downtown

I enjoyed staying at the property, but I don’t like the fact that they had the thermostat on some kind of timer that we had no control of and had to constantly turn down the air while in the house because 78 degrees in 95 degree temps is not likeable. I would have liked to be able to control the thermostat on my own.
