Bella casa nella zona degli appartamenti della città .. questa è la parte più calda della città in fase di gentrificazione poiché tutti vogliono vivere vicino a Main Street. 5 minuti a piedi da Main Street. La casa si trova su Frederick Creek, in una strada senza uscita isolata con un solo vicino ... un parcheggio di esempio è disponibile sulla strada senza uscita con spazio per rimorchi. La casa è 3 camere da letto che possono ospitare 7 adulti o 6 adulti e 2 bambini. Dispone di 3 bagni e palestra con tapis roulant ed ellittica e bilancieri con panca. Ha un grande mazzo che si affaccia sulla pista dei torrenti e dei cervi. Ha anche una buca per il fuoco per le notti gelide. È dotato di tv via cavo e lavatrice asciugatrice e internet.

Three couples stayed 3 nights at Hawks' Roost in Boerne. We're long-time friends, all 70+ in age. This lovely home was 4-5 minutes from everything and everyone we wanted to see. The house had every amenity we needed. We highly recommend.

Everything was exactly as described and more. The home easily accommodated our family of 8 and we loved the back patio. Very clean with all the comforts of home. We will definitely keep in mind for future stays in Boerne.

Everything about your stay will be wonderful. The home sits on a quiet street but is just minuets from everything. We can access I-10, down town,HEB, area restaurants and walking trails so easily. Come stay and feel at home.

Beautiful, well-laid-out home! The house was wonderfully stocked. We wanted for nothing… it was all there! Beds were comfortable. Rooms were sizable (including bathrooms). The living area and outdoor deck were perfect for gathering as a group. Our group of 8 ranged in age from 9 months to 81 years old. Everyone had a great time! Will definitely book again if in the area.

The home is lovely. It was large enough to accommodate my extended family. The dining room table is large and was the scene of many gatherings. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cooking pots of various sizes. The location is wonderful.

My husband and I stayed for 17 days, the house worked out great for us, we were gone during the day time doing activities with family or visiting the great little towns around Boerne but it was great to have a quite place to come back to at night. Chet was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

House is perfect for a family weekend together. Our family has outgrown one house so we booked this for our family reunion. NIce place and fit our needs perfectly. Easy walk to Hauptstrasse and all of the activities there.

We wanted a place where a couple of families could stay for a wedding and this place was so perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The common spaces were great for multiple family members to sit and chat. The location was ideal for short walks to the downtown shops. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house tucked away. Tons of off street parking. Any questions were answered promptly by the owner. We would, absolutely, stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our time at Dr. Hawkins' property. It looks inviting from the outside and the inside is just as wonderful and welcoming. Communication was great as was the location. You'll feel right at home. The back deck area was very nice and relaxing. Bourne was a great base to relax, check out the local scene, and then easily travel to Fredericksburg and San Antonio. Looking forward to the next time!

I don’t know where to begin. The location is perfect. Boerne is a wonderful town and this home is in the center of it. Dr. Chet was a terrific host. He was accommodating, he communicated well and he was very nice. The home has everything you need, it was well stocked and furnished. We had a lovely stay. Stay here with confidence, there is absolutely nothing to let you down at this place. Worth every cent.
