Host was long delay to no response at all. The property was way less than desirable and amenities were almost none besides a working washing machine. The refrigerator didn't cool. We had to purchase batteries for the remotes and still only 1 worked. The pool table had one working stick with no proper chalk or tips. The surrounding neighborhood was directly by a bus stop that rattled windows day and night. We left in less than 24hrs after buying everything from towels to trash bags trying to make it work. But the lack of response for a day on the fridge and then responding we might be able to get someone out that day. Well that was enough. We had to spend an additional 1200 on a hotel for the remainder of vacation. Informed them and yet to hear anything from them or vrbo representatives trying to get a response.
