More about the space:

•Flexible check-in/out may be available upon request.

•We allow up to two pets, but require $50/day. The extra fees go to our cleaners to deep clean the property upon checkout.

•The house is a 1910 craftsman, fully renovated with original pine hardwood floors (please be aware that there are a few sanded screws slightly raised on the floor throughout the house).

•The hot tub is in pristine condition, comfortably seats 5, and comes fully equipped with lights and speakers (more information on hot tub will be provided in house rules).

•Two bedrooms come with a king bed, Serta 12" memory foam mattress, and walk-in closet. The third bedroom as a full/twin bunk bed that is perfect for the little ones.

•A new 65" Samsung Smart TV comes equipped with all the popular streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney +, and others). We only ask that you sign into your own account(s) if you'd like to use these features.

•Complimentary coffee and tea available throughout the duration of your stay.

•All guests are provided a complimentary set of Eco Botanics toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion). Tide pods also provided for Washer/Dryer.

•Large backyard perfect for those with pets. Weber charcoal grill also provided and available for use (guests supply charcoal).

•While this is a safe neighborhood, we offer a SimpliSafe alarm system for guests to use if desired (code for alarm system will be provided with check-in instructions).

•Pack n’ Play and Jumper available for those with infants.

•The house is in the heart of Tobin Hill, a trendy and centrally located neighborhood. Bars/restaurants are very walkable, but you can get just about anywhere in the Downtown area in under 5 minutes driving.

•Private parking for up to two cars is available behind the driveway gate (code for padlock will be provided with check-in instructions).

•The entire space (plus all amenities) are included in this rental, so please make yourself at home during your stay!
Other things to note

•I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away at all times, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything or have any questions.

•Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space as if it were your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

•Full disclosure: We have a Ring doorbell camera and one security camera installed above the back door overlooking entry points, patio, and hot tub. The gazebo contains a mesh netting that you can set up for extra privacy around the hot tub if desired.

•Full disclosure: There is a train station about a half mile from the house. Although faint, it is possible to hear a train at night. If you are a light sleeper and feel this may bother you, I would recommend bringing a sound machine or ear plugs.
