Beware false excessive charges after your stay

It was 3 hours after check in time before we were given the code to the home to get in. Home is mostly run down on the outside. Areas of rotted wood. Screens broken. Backyard where pool is had spotty grass with large areas where there no longer was any grass. These areas have trash/cigarette butts. Fence falling apart in many spots. Those pretty loungers you see in the photos are not there. An old set of outdoor patio furniture & iron patio table with chairs.The 3 awnings on the patio are ripped and hanging. Pool lights don't work.Roaches in the kitchen. ONE kitchen towel. No cleaning dish rags.Under kitchen sink had leaked for so long that it smells very strongly of rot and mold. If you sit on the living room sofa or chair you will get up with pieces of peeling faux leather stuck to your skin and clothes. No extra blankets or bed linens available. Towels for bathroom: only 6 and not new condition.We left this home in the condition it was in when we got there. We cleaned floors counters, bathrooms. Then we receive a request from homeowner for payment: excessive cleaning fee 200, towels unusable fee 50, bed sheets unusable fee 250. The initially charged a pet fee of 400 but took that off after I responded that WE HAD NO PET!! (That's when they added the bed sheets fee I guess to offset the pet fee they had to remove). Beware of this property. I have filed 2 complaints with VRBO about charges in an attempt to get them removed. I could go on but I'm out of space.

Loved it

The home and location and the area it was located in very safe, comfy close to stores my 3 kids enjoyed it while my husband was at work we loved the park in the neighborhood and how we had our privacy. Recommend this home to all small families.

Friend reunion

Had a great time and the location was perfect just what we were looking for. We enjoyed the stay the house was very cozy and we definitely enjoyed the pool the neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. The only thing is we tried cleaning as we usually like to turn in the place as we found it but we don’t have the proper cleaning supplies. Other than that everything was good and great communication

Great location Wonderful pool

This house was wonderful! The location and safe neighborhood was very appealing! The home had plenty of space and bedrooms. Furniture was a little sparse but beds were super comfortable. The pool was great to cool off in the summer afternoons. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. Everything was great except the skillets which may need to be replaced. I would rent again in a heartbeat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect House

We came in for my daughter’s soccer tournament with 3 other families. House fit us perfectly and girls had a blast swimming and playing at the park when we weren’t at the soccer field. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

The home was amazing and beautiful. We had 3 pre-teens with us and they loved the pool and the game room upstairs. Everyone had a great time and was kept busy and enjoyed everything in the home which was cool to see since it was 12 of us. The communication was five stars. Had a few questions and they were answered in a timely manner. If you are looking for a home away from home this is it. We will definitely be going back. Thank you for making our stay a great experience.

The House pictures that are posted don’t do the place justice.. The house is a very very nice and beautiful.. I rate House 5 star Location 5 star Safety 5 star Beds 5 star Pool 5 star Equipped a 4 star just because it doesn’t come with a toaster, not enough towels, not enough trash bags, and not enough toilet paper.. but with Over All experience 5 star.. Wonderful first experience!!

I had never rented a house for vacation, our experience has been so pleasant, the house is beautiful (much more than what you can see in the photos), we enjoyed its patio and pool so much. The impeccable attention of our hostess gave our visit a plus. We will definitely be back!

Well furnished and equipped facility for a comfortable stay. Some points for making future clients stay more comfortable 1. Backyard grill start button broken should be fixed 2. A bottle opener will help open the beer bottles :-) 3. hangers needed in bedrooms 4. Hooks needed in bathrooms to hang clothes.

As we come to this area frequently, we will definitely try to book this property again! The grilling options were great, the pool phenomenal & the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our needs! The house was clean, well equipped & being situated next to the neighborhood park (basketball courts) was an added bonus!

Beautiful Pool/Backyard Patio

This property was the perfect place to stay for me and my extended family. We had a trip to SeaWorld planned and it was right down the road. The kids spent most of their time in the pool. The pool has a beach landing for the little ones which was a pleasant surprise because I couldn’t see it in the listed pics. The only downside was that we could only use the bathrooms upstairs because the bathroom downstairs was off limits. The property listing showed that there were three bathrooms available, though. Other than that, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy, and my family made some wonderful memories there.
